Detective/Mystery, True Life

Hornturn is a rural village that is unexpectedly flooded with riches and prosperity. Construction workers move in, improvements are made, roads and a bridge are built and everyone looks forward to a bright future. But the plans are fraudulent, all construction is halted without the bridge being connected to the road. A bleak future then stares the village in the face.

Things then start to happen. Everyone wants to use the incomplete bridge to make money, Bob is murdered, George and his guests are robbed at gunpoint, Eva leaves the country with a large amount of gold, Alfred organizes a singing invitation group to get everyone to an Imbizo to try to resolve matters. Eventually, all the races, black, white and Indian pull together to make Hornturn prosperous again.
